Hello Everyone! Welcome to my Blog. Through this blog we will be assessing different types of digital humanities tools and how they can aid us in analyzing texts. The first blog will be a basic introduction about my relationship with technology. After that, I will write a small introduction about Clic & Voyant. Both of these will help us in understanding our unique author: Thomas Hardy. Our third blog will be all about mapping on a new tool called: Google my Maps. Google my Maps will help us trace Thomas Hardy’s life, from his birth to his death. All of these DH tools will aid us in finalizing our final project: TimelineJs. TimelineJS is an open-source tool that enables anyone to build visually rich, interactive timelines. We will see an experience blog about TimelineJs and a real timeline about Thomas Hardy. For our last blog, we will write a reflection on our final DH project. This is going to be a one heck of a ride!
